Happy Girl Frame

Niki Meiners

I needed a quick gift for a friend who was stopping by. Her baby girl is the smiliest little girl ever. She calls her “happy girl.” I thought a picture frame would be perfect. I painted the frame and while it was drying I cut the paper and printed the tag. I used the Duetica DT Piper font because it has that same happy-to-be-here feeling. Here is a tip for printing on a pre-cut tag: Print a test copy of the sentiment. Hold the the tag over the test print. If it is perfect then use removable adhesive to place the pre-cut tag over the test print and re-print. If it is the wrong size repeat this step until you get it correct. Luckily for me I got it positioned perfectly the first time. I gave the tag dimension by adding Liquid Scrap Dots.
